The streets became awash with purple. As far as the eye could see pops of purple appeared and engulfed the city. 

Jacarandas herald Spring. They uplift ones spirits and bring a sense of promise and joy to the streets we live in. As the light begins to lengthen, a warmth creeps into the days and the dappled light falls gently on the paths. Perfect days unfold for wandering the streets and paths under the canopies of the Jacarandas.
