How many students in the class?
Josephine offers small class sizes to guarantee participants receive individual facilitation. Classes at SB are 6 - 10 people.
Please note if a class does not reach its minimum number of participants we reserve the right to offer you and alternative date or refund your fees in full.
Is there an age restriction for the workshop?
This workshop is available to participants 16 years and over.
Do you offer workshops for events or corporate groups?
Yes, if you have a group of 6 or more and you would like me to facilitate a workshop email me and we can discuss the details and book the date.
What is your cancellation policy?
We totally understand that circumstances sometimes change, just as we know our community understand that offering workshops demand much financial investment, time and effort.
With these considerations taken into account we offer the following options:
Once your booking has been received, if you wish to withdraw there is no refund available.
You may choose to
request your fees be held in credit and transfer them to another workshop being facilitated by Josephine. (valid for 12 months)
gift your ticket to the workshop to a friend or family member
Please email Josephine and together you can decide what works best for you at the time.
Please note this email needs to be received 3 days prior to the commencement of the workshop or it is considered the attendee has withdrawn upon no show.
